So...I'm 14 days late to the party! I'm going to be honest, I've really fallen out of love with blogging recently, and I've thought about cutting the 5YMB short by 2 years. But I've had a spark of enthusiasm this week so I'm back!
The beginning of this month kickstarted my garden make over! I have been wanting to start the garden for so long, and in June we finally had some money put aside to spend on it! We had got our table and chairs a little while ago so we just needed to get planting! I pretty much did it alone, as gardening isn't really David's thing! I dug all the boarders myself (and then David took the turf to the tip for me!) Who knew turf was so bloody heavy? SO yeah I've sexy-fied the garden! I'll do a before and after post this weekend maybe?
I've been cracking on with Invisalign! I know it's July but I now only have 6 months to go!! I can see a huge difference in my smile, and my bottom row have particularly moved a lot. I'm still in occasional pain, and my mouth is as dry as the Sahara Desert, but it's all good in the hood!
Blossom was finally set free from her crate at the end of June and she had her follow up X-ray! Everything was great and they were really happy with how she had healed. I for sure thought they were going to have a go at me because she mayyy have jumped off the sofa and ran down the stairs once or twice! But they were super happy, and now she has her life back! Now all we need to do is wait for the insurance to pay out!!!
We had a really lovely week off in June to celebrate our 12 year anniversary! We usually have a week off around that time every year. We went to the seaside, visited our friend in Nottingham and went to view our wedding venue again! We have now gone past the '1 year to go' mark...and we're soooo excited!
